Our client, a global tech company, relied on an aging B2B whose limited visibility and heavy manual involvement made it difficult to scale and maintain operational accuracy. The company had no real‑time insight into file status or failures and internal teams frequently had to intervene in routine connection issues. The absence of automated alerts meant documents stuck in SFTP or failed AS2 transmissions went unnoticed until a partner reported unreceived files.

Manual certificate management processes increased downtime risk and onboarding new partners required extensive support involvement. With 31 document types and 47 document formats flowing through the ecosystem, the legacy platform became increasingly complex to manage and ineffective for modern operational demands.
